Why won’t my order go through?

Please check the following:

  • Is your internet connection active?
  • Is your internet browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge etc.) up to date?

Sometimes we have found that it’s just the internet being temporarily glitchy and trying again in half an hour or so works for some customers.

NB If you would prefer to have your order processed with no wait time, please contact us with your order and address details and we will supply our bank account number for a manual payment. We will be happy to manually award your account with your reward points from our end the same day your payment is received.

Where are my reward points?

Please check that you are logged in to your account when submitting orders or reviews. This will ensure reward points are credited to your account.
