- Is your internet browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge etc.) up to date?
Sometimes we have found that it’s just the internet being temporarily glitchy and trying again in half an hour or so works for some customers.
NB If you would prefer to have your order processed with no wait time, please contact us with your order and address details and we will supply our bank account number for a manual payment. We will be happy to manually award your account with your reward points from our end the same day your payment is received.
