Description

As usual, these bars are Cruelty-free, Paraben and Phthalate Free, ….. AND economical – they should last three times as long as shampoo in a bottle.

Ingredients:

Sodium cocoyl isethionate, cocoa butter, btms 25 conditioner, sodium cocyl sulfate, decyl glucoside, provitamin B, lactic acid, cetyl alcohol, stearic acid, mica, geogard, apple fragrance oil, argan oil, hydrogenated olivate and olive oil.

USING THEM IS SO EASY

  1. Begin with thoroughly wet hair.
  2. Rub the wet shampoo bar between your wet hands to create a nice lather.
  3. Using your fingers like a comb, smooth the lather along your hair.
  4. Gently massage it into the scalp and hair, as you would with a bottled shampoo.
  5. Work up a good lather.
  6. And rinse out! You’re done.
  7. Keep dry between uses. Please note shampoo bars are apt to get soft if not kept dry due to the moisturising ingredients. We highly recommend popping it in a draining tray above the spray zone between uses. We recommend a mesh soap holder or a Block Dock (listed on this site).

    My kid loves it!

    I bought this to use on my 6 year old and he just LOVES it! The fragrance is beautiful apple and I can smell it in his hair for days afterwards. He also doesn’t battle me when its time to wash hair now too – and a big thanks for that!

    Ever since I started a necessary medication 6years ago, my hair was falling out in clumps when I washed it, it was dry, brittle, breaking and like a dry mess of a birds nest.
    I’ve tried every product under the sun, natural and nasty, bottles and bars, THIS HAS CHANGED MY HAIR TOTALLY!! Its shiny, smooth, I hardly have any strands come out in the shower and it actually grows now!! I love the smell so I can wash it all the time, or once a week and it still looks amazing! The bars last AGES, I’ve just placed another order and I can’t wait to run out before trying another so I’ve ordered the berry sherbet as well to alternate!! Its the only bar I’ve used (and I’ve wasted 100s of $$ and ended up just using the shampoo as body soap and conditioner to shave my legs) that actually lathers!! It really is like washing your hair with all the convenience of a nasty bottle of chemicals but it isn’t!! I actually can’t fault this!!

    Just gorgeous! I used an Apple Shampoo in the 70s and 80s and this is just like it. Plus no plastic bottle and I am looking forward to travelling with it when we can again x

    Double whammy
    Like many setting out to reduce unnecessary plastic waste I hunted high and low for a shampoo bar that worked for me (unfortunately not as easily achieved as grabbing a different option each time you wander down the Personal Care section of the supermarket). So I was pleasantly surprised to find a solution that worked for both my daughter (who suffers from a birds nest each morning) and myself (long highlighted hair subsequently dry and knotty). Apple Schnapple has definitely made life easier! The bar actually lathers up allowing an even application and hair is easier to comb. My daughter just uses the shampoo bar, I tend to use both shampoo and conditioner bars.

    I won this shampoo bar in the last competition- ( we normally use your Sooth and Blondinis products). I am now a convert to Apple Schnapple as this smells Sooooooooooooooooo good, hair washing is a sensory delight, no need for conditioners, leaves my hair smelling gorgeous and no tangles!! I run around telling peeps to smell my hair!!     In my quest to be plastic free I have sampled many shampoo bars from many providers. We have a range of hair types here. From 6yr old to 10yr old with very thick hair to mine which is fine and colour treated and finally hubby thick and course. This wonder bar is great! It’s easy to hold esp for kids! Smells fantastic and lathers up so well! It’s a winner in our books. A firm favourite so far, we are about to try the berry bar so will see how that one stacks up
